Attention! The City of Janesville is switching garbage service to Kluesner Sanitation.  Last pick up day for Black Hawk Waste will be May 28th.  Please leave your totes out to be collected, new totes will be delivered the same day.  Garbage and recycling pick up day will change to Mondays, starting June 1st, 2026.  Please call City Hall with questions (319)987-2905. Thanks!
